Al Simmons

Al Simmons lives in Moore County, North Carolina and performs in area venues. His current CD release of original songs is titled “Ten Songs” and is available in selected areas.  His previous recordings include one album and two Billboard charted singles with Rockinhorse Band, of which he was an original member.  His performing experience has ranged from the acoustic folk circuit in the Asheville, N.C. area to the Kingfish Blues Band in central N.C. as well as the New York City and East Coast touring base during his years with the Rockinhorse Band.  His acoustic concerts include much original material with a sampling of familiar ballads and blues.
